Do you ever feel like an emotional hot mess? LoL, sure we all do from time to time. "The Art of Emotional Resilience" by Molly Dahl is like stepping into a personal one on one class with the most attentive, fun-loving teacher you could hope to find. And although I still have about 1/3 left to read, I had to share how helpful and insightful this book is. And fun!
Molly Dahl easily engages the reader by opening up and sharing her own life lessons as examples in a humorous, fun-loving manner that makes you feel like you're in the class room with her as she takes you through practical, hands-on exercises you can apply to your every day living right now.
There is heart and soul in this book, along with scientific understanding of our behavior, and ageless wisdom learned from living the good life. It's a surprisingly endearing book on human emotions. Everyone who reads it will be sure to gain something to help them in their own self discovery.
