Molly Dahl teaches the classical practices of yoga and meditation that support the integration and cultivation of balance, joy, and authentic living. For more than 30 years, she has been guiding others to explore, embrace, and live from and in their own Unique Genius.
Molly has a deep and passionate way of thinking, a sharp intelligence, and a thirst for knowledge — knowledge that she then practices and applies to her own life so she can authentically share it with others.
She is drawn to classical yoga and meditation and has studied traditional yoga through Integral Yoga, Tibetan Heart Yoga with the Yoga Studies Institute, and is currently enrolled in the Yoga Health Educator program with Sivananda Yoga to become a certified Yoga Therapist.
Molly offers classes, workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions based on a holistic approach, interweaving into her teachings the threads of the 4 layers of being of each individual: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
