Molly has been enjoying her passion of teaching, presenting, and public speaking for more than 30 years. Recently, she adds leading retreats to the list of sharing practices, perspectives, and philosophies with others. She is an IAYT certified Yoga Therapist and Health Educator and holds certifications as an instructor of: Cultivating Emotional Balance, Yoga, Meditation, and the Spanish language. Molly has a certificate of Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute and a Master’s of Educational Leadership from Shenandoah University.
