Book your Yoga Health Education Session

The Yoga Health Education Intake Session is a confidential 60-90 minute conversation about you, in current time. Together we’ll cover the Intake Form, a thorough questionnaire that takes us through the layers of being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. You’ll share as much you’re comfortable sharing, unfolding the story of how you are now, and what you hope for in the future. The more you share, the more comprehensive our personalized Assessment in Session 2 will be. I’ll take notes on our conversation—anything that’s causing stress or distress in your life can eventually be a core component of the Assessment and Action Plan to optimize your health and overall well-being.

Sessions 2 and 3 will build on the information we gathered in the previous visit. Under the guidance of my mentor, I will share recommendations and suggestions that will become your customized Personal Experiment. These will be things you can easily incorporate into your daily or weekly routine.

During our 2nd and 3rd sessions, I might guide you in a practice that you can later do on your own, share an article that supports your specific concern, engage in deeper dialogue, or follow the promptings of my intuition. Together, we’ll listen on the inside to tune in to and receive the deeper wisdom of the body and the spirit.
