YOUTH Positive for the High School student is a blend of the research and beneficial practices of positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and social emotional learning integrated into a textbook/workbook. Each lesson includes a "personal experiment" through which the student can apply the ideas and strategies to their life and reflect on their experience.
