Finding a daily rhythm and synching with the seasons can go a long way to helping us ease stress, relax into the flow of life, and find joy along the way.
Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, emphasizes lifestyle practices and habits which cultivate robust overall health and well-being. Part of a healthy lifestyle is connecting to the natural, elemental world of creation on a regular basis.
As we transition to the New Year, we are still deep in the winter season — the season of rest and renewal. In our time together in this retreat, we will practice deeply restorative gentle yoga each morning and share a warm nourishing Ayurvedic brunch together. The afternoon sessions will be experiential time with Q&A — Molly will share practices that you can incorporate into your own daily pattern to start off the new year feeling happily at home in your physical body.
This special retreat is open only to 10 participants. Please email directly to register!
The $100 fee for the three days is simply to cover space rental and brunch each day.
